| Viticulture | An open canopy with good fruit exposure ensures full ripeness. Our long growing season and cool nights provide ideal conditions for flavour development. The pinot noir was harvested in mid-March 2021. |
| Winemaking | The Woven Stone Pinot Noir is light, aromatic and approachable, reflecting the characteristics of the fruit grown in the vineyard. For this vintage, the fruit was destemmed, and the ferment temperatures kept relatively low to retain aromatics and give good gentle tannin extraction. The wine was prepared for bottling in February 2022. |
