Lively and juicy on the palate, showing gooseberry, limes and grapefruit flavours. Finishes long and vibrant.
Review: "Pristine and brightly expressed, the wine shows feijoa, kiwifruit, nectarine and lemon zest aromas on the nose, leading to a lively palate that's juicy and flavoursome. It's upfront and delectable with a lengthy crisp finish - 5 stars." - Sam Kim, Wine Orbit

Viticulture | Ōhau vineyard is perfect for cool climate wine production. Late, dry autumns provide cool nights, ideal for the slow flavour development during the ripening of the fruit. Using sustainable processes, our vineyard team takes good care of the vines and the land. The grapes were harvested in late March and early April 2020. |
Winemaking | The 2020 vintage provided lovely clean fruit with a range of fruit ripeness which works well for this wine. Winemaker Jane Cooper used a range of aromatic yeasts and fermented at quite cool temps, clarified and stabilised the wine to enhance the aromatic freshness. Fermented in stainless steel vats, the wine was prepared for bottling in September 2020. |
